Roland Cardner
Roland went to school and graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont. He received a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a minor in Life/Earth Science and Speech/Communication. From there, he went on to get a Master of Science in School Administration from the University of Houston- Clear Lake.

He started his career as a middle school science teacher. Roland went on to become a high school coach. Then, he climbed up the latter to Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction.
However, in 1997, Roland changed careers. He became an Allstate insurance agent. There, Roland received many accolades. But in 2007, he sold his agency and took time off. He later returned to the insurance business but, this time, as an independent agent.
Roland became a Certified Insurance Counselor. As a part of keeping this Certification, he attends continuing education classes. These classes keep him up with the everchanging insurance landscape. And they show his commitment to getting you the best coverage.
In 1998, Roland moved to Katy, Texas, with his wife, Alice. Together, they have four children, Brandy, Mallory, Timothy, and Sarah, and four beautiful grandchildren. Roland Cardner participates in his community as a member of the Cinco Ranch Rotary Club. Besides, he volunteers at Brookwood Community and The Ballard House. Roland loves playing the piano and singing, hunting and fishing, and playing and watching any sport.
Jeffrey R Fogleman
On the other hand, for Jeff, insurance is a family business. He started his career as an apprentice under his father at Farmers Insurance in 1994. His father taught him the ins and outs of insurance for two years. And afterward, Jeffrey became an agency manager himself. He managed to grow his father’s agency into a whopping mega-agency of over 4,000 policies.

Next, Jeff had gone on and started his own agency when Allstate approached him. There, he took everything he learned about providing quality customer service, honesty, integrity, and creating a profitable business. For his growth and customer service, Jeff won several awards. Through acquisition too, Jeff grew his agency. He proudly worked with four customer service agents and two sales agents. In 2003, his father retired, and Jeff took his agency off his hands.
After a decade with Allstate, Jeffrey went independent too. And now, Jeffrey is a partner at Texas Insurance Agency with Roland. Here, he works on the growth of our commercial division and running our day-to-day marketing, sales, and customer retention. Much of his work is giving you your Pearland TX commercial insurance.
With his wife, Kimberly, they have three daughters and a son, Kaylie, Kindra, Kara, and Nate. As a family, they love going boating, skiing, and hanging out with friends.
