Roland Cardner

Roland graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont. There, he received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and minored in Speech/Communication and Life/Earth Science. He got his Master of Science in School Administration from the University of Houston in Clear Lake. Roland started as a middle school science teacher and high school coach. He climbed up to Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction.

As of 1997, Roland found himself changing careers and became an Allstate insurance agent. There, he received many accolades. In 2007 though, he sold his agency and took time off. He would later get back into the business, but this time as a self-owned agent.

Roland is a Certified Insurance Counselor. As a part of this, he attends continuing education classes to keep up with the constant flux in policies. This commitment to staying educated expresses his desire to set his clients up with the correct policy coverage for them.

In 1998, Roland and his wife, Alice, moved and made Katy, TX their home. Now, they have four beautiful children, Brandy, Mallory, Timothy, and Sarah, and four grandchildren. Roland is a strong participant in his community. He is a member of the Cinco Ranch Rotary Club. He regularly donates his time and resources at Brookwood and The Ballard House too. Roland loves singing, playing the piano, fishing, hunting, and playing and watching several kinds of sports.

Jeff Fogleman

Jeffrey R Fogleman

Jeff, on the other hand, began his career as an apprentice under his father at Farmers in 1994. After learning the ins and outs of the industry with his father for two years, Jeffrey became an agency manager. He would grow his father’s agency into a mega-agency consisting of over 4,000 policies.

Next, Jeffrey would go on to start his own insurance agency. Allstate approached him. He took everything he learned with his father about customer service, honesty, integrity, and building a profitable business. For his customer service and growth, Jeff soon earned several awards at Allstate.

He also grew his agency through an acquisition. He thrived with four customer service agents and two sales agents working with him. When his father retired in 2003, Jeff purchased his agency. After ten years with Allstate, Jeffrey went independent.

Now, Jeff is a partner at Texas Insurance Agency. He works on growing our commercial division and running our day-to-day marketing, sales, and customer retention. With his wife, Kimberly, they have three daughters and a son, Kaylie, Kendra, Kara, and Nate. Together, they go boating, skiing, and love hanging out with family and friends.
