Choosing the Right Property Insurance Policy

Choosing the Right Property Insurance Policy

Being a business owner of any kind can be risky. If you manage or rent out property, give us a call to d discuss your options.

As a business owner, it is important to make sure that your business has the proper insurance coverage. While it is not illegal to run a business without insurance, it can be detrimental to your business if anything were to happen. A condo complex is no different. Though many tenants are typically required to have renters insurance, that does not mean a complex owner should not have coverage over their entire building.

There are a lot of policies out there to choose from. Insurance in and of itself can be confusing and sometimes frustrating. Texas Insurance Agency makes it easy with professional agents who only want to help people find that policy that fits their needs and nothing else. If you own a condo complex, be sure you have the right policy to protect your property.

Condo Master Insurance

Choosing the Right Property Insurance Policy

Our agents will work hard to find the right policy for you and your business.

Condo Master Insurance policies keep your business from having to foot the bill if a liability occurs on your property. Liabilities can include personal injuries to your workers or tenants. They can also include damage to the property itself due to fires, vandalism, wind, and other possible scenarios. There are a few different types of policies. Firstly, Condo Master Ins rance covers the structure itself, the grounds, and the common areas.

The first type of coverage is often referred to as Bare Walls-In or Studs-out. This policy covers the materials that make up the building. This can include the exterior, framing, roofing, piping, and such. The next type consists of the Bare Wall-In, but can also cover finishes and light fixtures. However, this only covers original fixtures. Tennants that make upgrades to their unit do not fall under this coverage. The third type is the All-In coverage. This policy can include everything discussed above, including all structural elements and fixtures in each unit. This policy can also include built-in appliances as well as upgrades that the owner makes.

Condo Master Insurance can cover damages or injuries on the property, such as parking lots, sidewalks, pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, clubhouses, and other common areas that tenants or workers might occupy.
