What is flood insurance?
Standard Texas Flood Insurance Policies apply to all types of homes such as condominiums, houses, mobile homes, rental homes, and business properties which are located in Special Flood Hazard areas. Flood insurance will also cover property that is located in the low to moderate risk zones that do not fall in the category for a Preferred Risk of Policy including non-residential homes and 5+ unit buildings.
