As of 1997, Roland found himself changing careers and became an Allstate insurance agent. There, he received many accolades. In 2007 though, he sold his agency and took time off. He would later get back into the business, but this time as a self-owned agent.
Roland is a Certified Insurance Counselor. As a part of this, he attends continuing education classes to keep up with the constant flux in policies. This commitment to staying educated expresses his desire to set his clients up with the correct policy coverage for them.
In 1998, Roland and his wife, Alice, moved and made Katy, TX their home. Now, they have four beautiful children, Brandy, Mallory, Timothy, and Sarah, and four grandchildren. Roland is a strong participant in his community. He is a member of the Cinco Ranch Rotary Club. He regularly donates his time and resources at Brookwood and The Ballard House too. Roland loves singing, playing the piano, fishing, hunting, and playing and watching several kinds of sports.
Jeffrey R Fogleman
Jeff, on the other hand, began his career as an apprentice under his father at Farmers in 1994. After learning the ins and outs of the industry with his father for two years, Jeffrey became an agency manager. He would grow his father’s agency into a mega-agency consisting of over 4,000 policies.
Next, Jeffrey would go on to start his own insurance agency. Allstate approached him. He took everything he learned with his father about customer service, honesty, integrity, and building a profitable business. For his customer service and growth, Jeff soon earned several awards at Allstate.
He also grew his agency through an acquisition. He thrived with four customer service agents and two sales agents working with him. When his father retired in 2003, Jeff purchased his agency. After ten years with Allstate, Jeffrey went independent.
Now, Jeff is a partner at Texas Insurance Agency. He works on growing our commercial division and running our day-to-day marketing, sales, and customer retention. With his wife, Kimberly, they have three daughters and a son, Kaylie, Kendra, Kara, and Nate. Together, they go boating, skiing, and love hanging out with family and friends.
Every business, from small businesses to large corporations, needs to invest in insurance for their company. It protects what amounts to your life’s work. You need to prepare for any mishap that can occur. Especially in times of crisis, your business needs to withstand the storm to come out on top. Insurance is that saving grace. As your Katy Texas business agency, Texas Insurance’s independent agents promise to find your company the right fit.
To start, most businesses will require general liability. Many industries require your company to hold a policy. General liability insurance will protect your business from any bodily injuries, property damages, or cases of libel or slander.
Mishaps are unpredictable by nature. But when any of these do happen, they can suddenly put any businesses’ financial health at risk. Plus, by responsibly holding a general liability policy, you can care for your employees and clients when something does happen.
Property insurance, on the other hand, protects for occasions of natural disasters. It covers the land under your business, the building, and tools, inventory, and furniture. For example, a fire could burn your leased building, lightning could strike, or a flood could destroy your computer. Additionally, it will cover accounts receivables, loss of data from a damaged computer, and lost income from the time lost during a claim.
Business Owner Policy
Both are essential for any business. Luckily, you can bundle these together in a Business Owner’s Policy, or BOP. With a BOP, you combine your company’s commercial property, income, and liability insurance. Besides, you can personalize your BOP to the exact needs of your business. A Business Owner’s Policy will provide comprehensive insurance coverage.
With Texas Insurance’s experience and relationship with insurance carriers, we can cover you for any variety of policies. As a result, we are familiar with working with many specialized plans for any type of business.
We can set you up with workers’ compensation insurance. Next, the most common policy many companies look for is commercial auto insurance. This policy is necessary even if all you have is a company car. We provide everything from restaurant insurance to garage keepers’ insurance.
